Individuals and Small Groups
In today’s overworked, under-rested, quick fixing and information-overloaded society, many of us find it challenging to balance different aspects of our lives. Often when the balance of our personal life is disturbed, we see the ripple effects in all other parts of our lives including our health and well-being. Since food is so closely associated with all experiences of our lives, it is not surprising that our food choices, influenced by all the confusing messages around us, contribute to how we feel, look as well as how our bodies are affected by disease and aging. At Balanced Nutrition, we can bring you back the balance of better food choices and healthier behaviours without the confusion of medical jargon and information overload that we are bombarded with daily. We can be involved in your journey to a healthier you by offering you flexible nutrition counselling and coaching sessions. It will be up to you to choose our level of involvement and if you are unsure about it, you could always contact us and we will be glad to guide you through the decision. Private counselling sessions are available as one-time appointments or ongoing sessions as well as pre-set packages. All packages are also suitable for individuals or couples.
